In 2021, a private client wanted to promote their proposed West End Marina & Yacht Club in Cayman Brac, a unique investment opportunity as a real estate development. Their primary target audience was high net worth individuals looking to invest in property in the Cayman Islands, in exclusive developments that conveyed additional residency flexibilities or benefits too, including yacht relocation and even rapid passage for pets.

For this project, our team created a website with a high-end feel along with an array of promotional materials including a detailed brochure with branding and carefully curated imagery that represents the island charm of Cayman Brac, balanced with the high-end luxury feel achievable in the development, truly getting across the uniqueness of this opportunity to invest. Alongside this, it was a key part of the brief that we also presented it in a manner that gave Cayman Brac residents reassurance of the benefits of the development for their beautiful and unique island too.
