Particular challenges were that the medical field in Cayman is evolving and thus whatever we chose had to remain flexible to a degree. After thoroughly understanding just what ‘raising the bar’ really meant to the two individuals themselves, we settled on 4 words that captured it: EXCELLENCE, INTEGRITY, COMMITMENT & PASSION. That set the tone internally very nicely, and as they set about creating a company drive by those values, we set about translating that story into a strategy.
From the first moments of branding, we have formulated, updated and implemented a communications strategy designed to grow the organisation on that very platform. And grow them we did. Both initial doctors brought practice with them but we have managed to grow the organisation by 100% in a year, leading to expanded premises and further exciting plans in the pipeline.
